\u66f4\u8584\u7684\u6676\u5706\u5de5\u827a\u7ade\u4e89\uff0c\u8fd8\u5f97\u518d\u7b49\u5f85\u4e00\u6bb5\u65f6\u95f4\uff08\u6210\u54c1\u7684\u63a8\u51fa\u65f6\u95f4\uff0c\u5df2\u5ef6\u81f3 2019 \u5e74\u672b\uff09\u3002\u4e0e\u6b64\u540c\u65f6\uff0cIBM \u5e0c\u671b\u7acb\u5373\u7528\u4e0a 7nm
